This is a fun card to make. It's called the Magical Marqee Card. I made this one for my niece Amy's birthday recently. I used retired Animal Story DSP, Old Olive, Brilliant Blue, and Chocolate Chip card stock, Animal Stories and So Many Scallops (retired) stamp sets. Here's the card:
