I learned a new technique this week. It's called the toilet paper technique and makes a gorgeous background for cards and other projects. Dasher was stamped in Encore! silver metallic ink on Whisper White card stock, embossed with Iridescent Ice embossing powder then layered on Night of Navy card stock. The card base is also Night of Navy.
