Long time no post.  In October I decided to have new carpet installed in my studio so had to move everything out.  While the room was empty I thought it was a perfect time to paint the walls and ceiling, get a new light fixture, etc.  By the time it was finished and I had moved back in, Thanksgiving was only a few days away.  So, with the holidays and the start of a new semester, I'm just now finding time to post.
This is maybe the quickest card I've ever made.  I love this stamp set!  It is funny and cute and has so many uses.  Get it free, like I did, with a $50 order during Sale-a-bration!
Stamps: Hey Chick, Chicken wire background stamp (retired)

I love clean and simple (CAS) cards.  For this one, each flower was colored directly on the stamp with a water based die ink marker, stamped on a panel of Whisper White card stock, spritzed with gold Smooch Spritz, and adhered to the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Stamps:  More Petal Prints (retired) and Remembering Your Birthday
Paper: Whisper White card stock and Whisper White Thick card stock for the base
Ink: Melon Mambo, Elegant Eggplant, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive Stampin' Write Markers

It's been a long time since I've posted anything to my blog.  I have been stamping but was having some technical problems posting.  So, to make up for my long absence, I'll post two projects today.  They both were made using the single stamp Blessed Easter, in the current mini catalog.
Paper: Whisper White, Primrose Petals
Ink: Smoky Slate, Primrose Petals, Blushing Bride, Garden Green, Pear Pizzazz
Framed Tulips Embossing Folder

Paper: Smoky Slate, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White
Ink: Smoky Slate, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, Wild Wasabi
Woodgrain background stamp
Scalloped Edge Border punch

This card is a case from a card posted to SCS by zipperc98.  It features the set Morning Cup and So Saffron, Soft Suede, and Whisper White card stock.  The ribbon is So Saffron and the images were colored with Stampin' Write markers.  I used the Stampamajig to "stack" the cups neatly.  Inside is a pocket to hold a gift card; probably one from Starbucks!

If you visit my blog much, you know that I like simple designs.  This card was CASEd from one posted to SCS by Fionna51.  The base is Night of Navy card stock and the image and sentiment from the Come to Bethlehem stamp set was stamped in Night of Navy Classic ink on Shimmery White card stock.  A rhinestone added to the star completed the card.

Thanks to those of you who have visited my blog even though I have not posted much lately.  My husband had been very ill and in the hospital for several weeks.  He's doing better now and I hope to find time for stamping again soon.

A clean and simple (CAS) card I made for a co-worker's birthday. The base is Whisper White card stock and opens from the top. The bottom edge of the front was punched with the eyelet border punch and layered over Old Olive card stock. The flower image is from Awash with Flowers colored with watercolor pencils. The sentiment is from the On Your Birthday set and stamped in Basic Gray Classic ink. A piece of Old Olive ribbon was tied near the fold at the top to finish the card.
