Another of my favorite Christmas stamp sets is A Cardinal Christmas. The background on this card was made with the Petals A Plenty embossing folder. I used my Big Shot to cut a photo frame from chipboard and added it as a layer when I embossed the Whisper White card stock to leave the center unembossed/smooth for stamping the image. The card base is Real Red card stock.
This card uses another stamp in the cardinal set to create the background. The card stock used is Always Artichoke for the base, River Rock (a retired In Color) for the background, and Very Vanilla for the scalloped oval where I stamped the image.
The images on both cards were colored with SU watercolor pencils and a blending pen.
